  Dave was a great instructor! He kept the class interesting and gave us real-life examples that made the material easier to understand. His positivity and love for the field was apparent throughout the 2 weeks of classes. By studying the notes we took in class as well as the materials provided, I was able to pass the exam on the very first try! I would highly recommend Cape Realty School.

  There is SO much information to learn and retain in order to prepare for the licensing test, but the information was very focused, setting us up for success. The stories you shared with the class from your years of experience in the world of Real Estate helped "put a face to the name" (so to speak!). Thank you Dave & George for making learning fun! The rest is now up to me!

  Cape Realty School was not only convenient with the dates and times I needed, they made sitting in a class room all day both interesting and fun. Dave and George were excellent in preparing us for the state and national licensing exam. They made each class insightful and motivating by sharing so many relevant business experiences they've been involved with over the years. The class room hours went by quickly and efficiently and they prepped us with everything we needed to know. I finished the class on Thursday and had my license the following Monday. Thanks Dave and George
